On March 26, Hitek Technology Group Corporation joined hands with FPT Polytechnic College HCM to organize a Workshop on "Building web apps with ReactJS and PWA". The workshop was extremely successful, attracting a large number of students interested in this issue.

Not only the dry theory part, the workshop was quite exciting because of the practical experience sharing from the speakers of Hitek Group JSC. Moreover, the speakers guided and practiced creating a website that had not applied PWA on the ReactJS platform; guided on applying PWA to the written website. This is also the information that received a lot of attention from the students. Through this practical experience, the students quickly grasped the process and implementation methods to save time and improve work efficiency.

Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC – Phan Cong Phung, a former student majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic HCM, shared his honest thoughts about the working environment as well as valuable experiences for new students.

“I have been an intern at Hitek since semester 5 and have been an official employee for more than a year. Currently, I am working on my graduation project. With the experience of studying and working at the same time, there are many things I want to share with you so that you can have more practical knowledge and information when entering the real working environment,” Cong Phung shared.
This is also the information section that receives positive attention from students. Not only sharing about the necessary and sufficient conditions, Cong Phung has helped many students understand more about the job they are pursuing. Thereby, quickly supplementing the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to better meet the requirements of businesses.
After activities related to the main content of the workshop, FPT Polytechnic HCM students had the opportunity to exchange and learn more about businesses and job opportunities. What does a web programmer do? That is the question that many students, especially new students majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic, are very interested in. To answer this question, Ms. Quynh Anh - QA Leader Hitek Group JSC shared honestly about current job positions, job opportunities and job trends in this field in the near future.
In addition, the speakers also shared about the future trends of the IT field in general and the Web Programming major in particular. This is truly extremely valuable and useful information in the learning process and personal development orientation of each student.
Participating in the workshop, Mr. Tran Duy Phong - Head of FPT Polytechnic HCM Training Department commented: "With the philosophy of experiential learning, the School has been creating bridges for students to directly contact businesses, understand more about the work and the actual working environment. Sharing after participating in the workshop, Vo Hung Duong - Student of class IT1616, majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic said: "Thank you to the School and the Company for organizing a very practical program, helping me and my friends accumulate knowledge and experience that is not in books, and better understand the major that we have chosen. Especially, through this workshop, I have a new option for applying for an internship position in the near future.".
Accompanying FPT Polytechnic College to adhere to the motto "Practical learning - Practical work", Hitek Group JSC has been fully supporting the school to update new training and teaching methods, suitable for development trends, supporting better orientation for students. Hopefully, through this workshop, students will soon build a personal development plan to be able to adapt and meet the needs of employers.
